A key factor that sets us apart from others in the building industry is our dedicated Construction Management team. 

We’ve all experienced the mind-numbing frustration involved in explaining your situation to one person, only to have to cover the whole story again the next day when you’re asked to deal with a different person. 

We’ve taken steps to alleviate that frustration!

Regardless of the size or scope of your project we’ll assign you a dedicated Construction Manager. That person will oversee your job, from initial consultations and the generation of quotes, to the development of timeframes and right through to the completion of the actual building job itself.

Whenever you need to talk to someone you’ll be able to talk to someone who understands your unique situation; someone who is up to speed on your specific project, who knows the subcontractors and tradespeople involved, and, most importantly, someone who can give you answers on the spot, without fobbing you off to another person or department.

Project Planning and Co-ordination

Step by step, our in-house planner will plan every task, employee and contractor required to complete your project. Before we start work we know when the cleaning team will be in to finish the job. We want to ensure that each and every project run to schedule and is completed in the shortest possible time, with the least amount of stress.

Home Owner Consultation Pre-Construction Briefing

Before we start work on your project, we will sit down with you and explain exactly what we are going to do and when we will be doing it., what you can expect from us and what we expect from you, making sure we are all on the same page.

Sub Contractor Mobilisation

P 4 Projects employees a number of highly qualified trades people but some tasks require a specialist. We have hand picked a number of local contractors to help us when the need arises.

Site Specific Safety Plan

If we can't do a job safely, we'd rather not do it! No one wants to make a phone call to someone's loved ones explaining that they are hurt or worse still, they aren't coming home. P 4 Projects take a serious view on health & safety to keep our sites safe for our staff and contractors, the public and you (our client). We will create a site specific safety plan for each project, induct all staff and contractors to site, escort all visitors and ensure that all appropriate measure are in place to keep everyone out of harms way.
