A key factor that sets us apart from others in the building industry is our dedicated Construction Management team. 

We’ve all experienced the mind-numbing frustration involved in explaining your situation to one person, only to have to cover the whole story again the next day when you’re asked to deal with a different person. 

We’ve taken steps to alleviate that frustration!

Regardless of the size or scope of your project we’ll assign you a dedicated Construction Manager. That person will oversee your job, from initial consultations and the generation of quotes, to the development of timeframes and right through to the completion of the actual building job itself.

Whenever you need to talk to someone you’ll be able to talk to someone who understands your unique situation; someone who is up to speed on your specific project, who knows the subcontractors and tradespeople involved, and, most importantly, someone who can give you answers on the spot, without fobbing you off to another person or department.

Health & Safety Auditing

Throughout the entire project P 4 Projects will conduct audits to ensure the site is as safe as it can be. We will also have independent auditors assess the site.

Project Supervision and QA Inspections

Throughout your entire project your P 4 Project manager will over see the work carried out and quality check each aspect of it.

Sign Off and Handover Meeting

When we are happy that we have completed the agreed scope of works, to the desired standard, we will organise a meeting with you to ensure you are happy also. At this point with will handover your keys, and any relevant paperwork for your future reference.
